She will be presenting on "PIVOT with Purpose: Adapting Finance & Treasury Teams to Today's Shifting Legislation and Trends."
Debbra Galanti-Chapman is an author, speaker, and seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and higher education administration. She currently serves in the Office of Well-Being at Michigan Medicine, advancing initiatives that embed resilience and well-being into organizational culture and leadership.
Her career also includes four years with Michigan Medicine’s Central Finance Office, where she supported the Finance Controller within the CFO’s division. In that role, Debbra gained a strong foundation in financial operations, compliance, and treasury management inside one of the nation’s leading academic health systems. This experience continues to inform her approach to leadership, change management, and strategic planning, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s finance and treasury professionals.
Debbra is the creator of the PIVOT framework—Plan, Innovate, Validate, Optimize, Transform—a practical roadmap for moving from reactive decision-making to proactive leadership. She has presented to diverse audiences on organizational resilience, financial agility, and leading through disruption, always blending technical insight with authentic storytelling.
