Chad W. Dickson is Vice President, Treasury Senior Product Manager at Texas Capital. He is responsible for shaping strategy and driving execution for Instant Payments. He partners with internal teams and stakeholders to align product vision with client needs, market opportunities and long-term growth objectives. As Instant Payments grows, he is dedicated to delivering the full client experience, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize profitability while leading pricing, acquisition initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
Chad joined Texas Capital in July 2025. Before joining Texas Capital, he served as Vice President, ACH Manager for Farmers & Merchants Bank of Long Beach, where he conducted operational and strategic management of the bank’s ACH division. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Treasury Management Payables Product Manager for Pacific Premier Bank and Vice President, Treasury Management Operations Manager for Plaza Bank.
Chad is an Accredited Faster Payments Professional, Accredited Payments Risk Professional and an Accredited ACH Professional.
